Twickenham Rowing Club – Director of Rowing

This role is ideal for an experienced rowing professional who can develop, direct and implement the strategic vision of Twickenham Rowing Club. The Director of Rowing will support the implementation of the Club Committee's strategic plan by developing a multi-year plan to enhance the competitiveness of the club across Senior, Masters and Junior squads.

The successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day management of the Club on behalf of the Club Captains, coordinating squad schedules, liaising with schools and others who use the Club's facilities, and ensuring the boat fleet is managed and maintained in conjunction with the Boatman.

The Director of Rowing will be responsible for driving growth, improving performance, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all members. They will work closely with the Club Committee to ensure that the Club's vision and values are aligned with its goals and objectives.

As a key member of the Club's leadership team, the Director of Rowing will be expected to communicate effectively with members, staff, and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve the Club's objectives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
