Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Irthlingborough. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to COSHH regulations, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a full range of cleaning duties on a day-to-day basis as directed by management.
- Adhere to COSHH regulations in relation to the use of chemicals.
- Use cleaning equipment responsibly and within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Deep clean welfare areas, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections.
- Proactively maintain hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure work areas are cleaned and tidied on a routine basis.
- Segregate and remove waste to designated collection points.
- Complete documentation in line with the daily/weekly housekeeping cleaning schedule.
- Attend statutory training requirements and personal development training activities.
- Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations within the company.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently, have good attention to detail, and be able to follow instructions. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
