Head of Sales - Residential

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead our residential sales team in Kensington.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential sales management, with a strong focus on performance monitoring, networking, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents and developers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute new business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Raise the profile of the branch in the local area and beyond through effective marketing and networking efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential sales management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Driving license essential.
