Nursery Director for Blom and Blom

A dynamic individual is required to lead our private children's day nursery in Islington, London. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in nursery management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive the growth and success of the nursery setting.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes outstanding childcare practices.
  • Support and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g. EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE).
  • At least 18 months of experience in nursery management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
