Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Teams to set up and manage training modules
  • Assist delegates in joining the Teams platform and troubleshoot any technical issues during training events
  • Effectively manage a time-critical task list for ongoing projects
  • Handle various Excel spreadsheets and ensure accurate data management
  • Oversee training programme joining instructions and post-course evaluations
