Job Summary: Gemini 11 Ltd T/A Gemini People is seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our logistics team. The role involves a mix of self-loads, handballing, and collections, with responsibilities including the loading of pallets into the lorry directly from customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV Class 2 Vehicle Safely: Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to carry out self-loads, handballing, and collections as required.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload pallets and goods at customer locations, ensuring all items are handled with care.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Driving Regulations: Adhere to all driving regulations, including maintaining accurate records using your Tachograph Card.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during collections, representing the company professionally at all times.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Category C License: Possess a valid Category C License (HGV Class 2).
  • Tachograph Card and CPC Card: Hold a Tachograph Card and a CPC Card.
