- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, following all relevant regulations and protocols related to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.">
- Represent our home positively and professionally in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.">
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.">
- Administer medications and treatments according to NMC guidelines and our organization's policies.">
- Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.">
- Develop and update residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.">
- Perform regular checks on residents to ensure their well-being, comfort, and safety.">
- Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Code of Conduct and Act with integrity.">
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.">
- Pursue opportunities for growth and development in areas relevant to your role, enhancing your professional knowledge and competence.">
- Participate in fundraising efforts and uphold home security measures.">
- Comply with all company policies and procedures within defined timeframes.">

Requirements:

- Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMC and possess relevant post-registration experience.">
