Senior Total Value Management Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Total Value Management Engineer to join our team at Independent Resource Services (UK) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cost-down initiatives for our global Automotive T1 client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-down strategies for interior and exterior panels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Lead the development of tooling and assembly processes
  • Provide expert knowledge of OEM/T1 engineering fundamentals
  • Manage quality management processes such as PPAP and APQP
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical project management skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of FE analysis techniques
  • Experience with low-volume, high-performance sports or race cars
