  • Provide customer builds and configuration to the desk.
  • Utilize a PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner to meet the required commit time and reflect actual work done in real time.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of PC, laptop, printer, and associated peripherals operation.
  • AV experience.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Security clearance, or willingness to apply.
