The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our team at Concept Recruitment Group Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in joinery and be able to work independently and under pressure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assemble pre-cut and prefabricated parts using hand and power tools.
  • Work on bespoke builds with a variety of materials, including solid surface.
  • Verify all components against cutting lists to ensure availability.
  • Complete job cards accurately and report any discrepancies to the relevant manager.
  • Record tasks using our SAP system (training provided).
  • Produce work to the highest standard within deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and report any faulty machinery.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of bench hand joinery experience.
  • Experience with solid surface work is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to grow and adapt to meet workload demands.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Working Hours:
* 39-hour workweek: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

  • Overtime opportunities available at a flat rate.
