Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our client's sales team in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing new business with the goal of achieving significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 (OTE)
  • Commission-based bonus scheme
  • Company car

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rota
  • 45 hours per week
