Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting our clients on our prestige beauty products.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.

Requirements:

  • While a qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
