Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients who have experienced domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of clients by writing and updating support plans
  • Signpost access to education, training, and employment
  • Assist clients with managing finances and welfare benefits
  • Encourage social inclusion and help clients build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem
  • Work with statutory and non-statutory agencies on behalf of clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background in a supported living environment
  • Sound knowledge of housing management, including voids and arrears management
  • Good understanding of occupancy agreements
  • Ability to react effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and source innovative solutions to problems
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental with good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
