Facilities Maintenance Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to provide facilities maintenance support to our client, a leading provider of housing, neighbourhood and community-facing services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locking and opening Academy premises
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and supplies
- Providing administrative support, including basic Excel and Word document management
- Performing DIY tasks and physical labour, including gardening and cleaning
- Developing good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Utilizing common sense and initiative to resolve issues
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join Barker Ross Group and contribute to the success of our client. As a Facilities Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's facilities.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this)
- Good physical labour capacity and DIY skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
