About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration and Test Engineer to join our team at Optos. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing system and module integration and test activities in support of new product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute system and module integration and test activities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify requirements for integration and testing
  • Debug and perform root cause analysis for issues during the product development life cycle
  • Work cross-functionally and adapt your style depending on the team you're working with
  • Be comfortable with Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Engineering Physics or a related scientific/technical discipline
  • Experience with integration of one or more of Electronic/Optical/Mechanical Systems/Sub-systems
  • Test experience/automation of test processes for such systems
  • Strong integration and test professional from medical, automotive, or defence/aerospace industries
