About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tennis Assistant to join our self-employed coaching team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting with weekly junior and adult groups, as well as helping with the running of junior and adult team classes and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assist with weekly junior and adult groups
  • Assist with the running of junior and adult team classes and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members
  • Work collaboratively with our Tennis Coaches to ensure a high-quality experience for our members
Requirements
  • L1 or L2 LTA Tennis Qualification
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
  • Experience in a premium customer service environment
  • Team player
