Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Exam Administrator to support our examination process at Regent College London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality exams.
Responsibilities
- Exam materials management: Accurately scanning, processing, and organising exam papers and materials according to exam protocols.
- Examination support: Providing assistance on exam days, overseeing set-up, managing exam materials, and addressing issues to ensure smooth exams.
- Administrative tasks: Maintaining records, coordinating exam schedules, and supporting the Exam Manager with general administrative duties.
- e-Proctored exams support: Setting up and coordinating e-proctored exams, assisting students with the e-proctoring process, troubleshooting, and providing real-time support.
Requirements
- Administrative experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or exam-focused setting.
- Technical skills: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly acquire new skills.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and compliance when handling and processing exam papers and materials.
- Communication skills: Excellent spoken English and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise tasks, and contribute to a smooth and efficient exam process.
- Flexibility: Required to work evenings and weekends depending on the exam schedule. Willingness and ability to travel to Regent College London's multiple campuses.
What We Offer
£25,000 per annum, a competitive salary reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality exams.
