Job Title: Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our Child Protection Team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and have conduct of a caseload of public law Children and Adoption Act cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and have conduct of a caseload of public law Children and Adoption Act cases.

2. Prepare and represent the Council in all Child Protection cases before the Courts.

3. Undertake other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as may be required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child protection law and experience in conducting public law cases. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
