Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care and medication administration.
- Support clients with cerebral palsy and other complex conditions.
- Drive adapted vehicles to transport clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure excellent care standards.
Requirements
- 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience working with complex care clients, including non-verbal clients and those with PEG feeds.
- A full, clean UK driver's license.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
