About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The People Co. As a key member of our Maintenance and Engineering Department, you will be responsible for carrying out routine asset care across various plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out duties in a safe and efficient manner while complying with relevant health and safety regulations.
* Investigate, diagnose and resolve plant issues in a logical, methodical and professional way.
* Support the production process following resolution to ensure efficient and effective running is maintained.
* Ensure efficient plant operations using the machinery asset care system.
* Work proactively to stabilise or improve line performance on a continuous improvement basis.
Requirements:
* Electrical biased
* Food/drinks manufacturer/production experience
* Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and updated certifications
* Ability to work under pressure during challenges and breakdowns
* Able to work in a team and independently.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
