Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team in Bridgend, South Wales. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including steel, concrete, and masonry design.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer to gain experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work on projects from conception to completion, collaborating with our drafting team and contributing to project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop structural engineering solutions for various projects
  • Collaborate with the drafting team to create detailed designs and plans
  • Contribute to project management, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of CAD software
Requirements
  • Strong degree in civil or structural engineering (2:1 or first class MEng preferred)
  • Previous experience in steel/concrete design or relevant modules at university
  • Working knowledge of CAD software (advantageous but not essential)
  • Hardworking and proactive approach to work
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
