Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple groundworks contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:
This role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, although not essential. From a Site Engineer background is also not necessary. You must hold a CSCS Card/SMSTS or equivalent. Self-motivation, great organization skills, and experience with running multiple groundworks contracts are crucial. Good man management skills are also required. With a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, you will enjoy additional benefits such as a company car or allowance, bonus, and pension. Progression opportunities to senior management roles are also available.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum.
