We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to join our team at James Pringle Weavers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced catering environment, delivering high-quality food and excellent service to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of catering staff, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring a safe and smoothly run operation. You will also be involved in daily and weekly planning, as well as communicating goals and objectives to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management & Training: Assist with training and development of new catering staff, provide ongoing support, and daily/weekly planning of work to be carried out.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Culinary Skills: Possess a high level of food presentation standards and cooking skills.
- EPOS System: Have an understanding of an EPOS till system and be able to use it effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in a large fast-paced catering environment.
- Previous experience in kitchen and front-of-house management.
- Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential.
