Senior Information Security Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our Information Security team at Tiger Resourcing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective operation and assurance of our security controls, as well as providing security input and support to IT change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical security expertise to assist the Information Security Manager in ensuring the implementation and operation of information security in an appropriate manner as we transition to the cloud.
  • Support security governance and assurance activities, including risk assessments and remedial action to ensure IT infrastructure and application systems are adequately protected.
  • Escalate unresolved security exposures, misuse of resources, or non-compliance situations to management.
  • Ensure that Change Management processes include a security review and sign off all Firewall rule sets and networking changes to maintain the integrity of our network security.
  • Support the information security team in day-to-day activities, including security monitoring, incident management, and a future 24x7 support rota.
  • Provide mentoring to junior security team members.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Azure security technologies and hands-on experience with operating them.
  • Average of two days per week on-site at our office, which is a non-negotiable requirement.
