Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining high health and safety standards within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the HR, management, and Operations team to continuously improve Health and Safety standards
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective controls
  • Enhance the health and safety culture of the team by promoting a positive and proactive approach to safety
  • Conduct accident and near-miss reports as necessary to ensure that incidents are thoroughly investigated and lessons are learned
  • Work site-based with flexible working hours within 8am - 6pm
Requirements
  • Relevant NEBOSH qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with internal audits, risk assessment, and running training sessions
