Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide the chance to develop skills and knowledge in supporting pupils' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract role working full-time during term time, with four days on site and one day of training either through day release at college or on-the-job training. The successful candidate will be based at Loddon Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SEND pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and during whole-class activities.
  • Demonstrate creative, flexible, resilient, and energetic approaches to support pupil learning.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
  • Maintain a true commitment to staff well-being and professional growth.

We offer a supportive environment where you can grow professionally. On-the-job training will be provided to achieve all aspects of the role requirements. Ongoing support will be offered by your Line Manager and College Assessor to ensure success in the Apprenticeship.
