About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Rowlands Pharmacy in Kelso. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide expert medication counselling and support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory effectively.
- Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £26-£28 per hour.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 32 days with length of service.
- Option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year.

Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.

- Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
