Embarking on Your Journey:

As a Culinary Support Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional brand standards and ensuring pristine kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating pride in cleanliness and organization while adhering to all food safety and health regulations. Working closely with the Kitchen and Food and Beverage departments, you will contribute to delivering outstanding service.

You will seize every opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, providing a personal touch that they will cherish.

Within the dedicated Kitchen department, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant storage spaces. Utilizing cleaning agents and equipment in compliance with COSHH Legislation Adhering to all food safety and health regulations. Assisting in food preparation tasks

As a Culinary Support Associate, your keen attention to detail will be essential in upholding consistent standards. This position is crucial to the hotel's operations and the service provided to our guests before, during, and after their stay. You will enjoy engaging with guests, offering assistance, and demonstrating your ability to multitask efficiently while resolving inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
