The company's first product, the OrganOx metra normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) system for liver transplantation, has been used to support more than 4,000 liver transplant operations globally.

We seek a Program Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

The position of Program Manager will ensure that designated projects are managed utilizing the Project Management Competencies of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Resource Planning, Communications, and Procurement to successfully complete projects as agreed by the Senior Management Team.

The Program Manager will develop, streamline, and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of OrganOx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to certify adherence to necessary standards and uphold the Quality Management System.
  • Project Management: Maintain project management governance structures to ensure consistency of approach and current best practice in project management is utilized.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Seek stakeholder insight and feed into improved processes while ensuring compliance with governance structure and standards.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years' direct project management experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industries or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, commercially astute with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and multi-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Credentials: A first or upper second BEng or MEng degree in an Engineering or Life Sciences subject from a leading university, Formal project management training from a recognized accreditation body, such as PMP.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans, work-life balance, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
