About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Bar & Restaurant Team Member to join our team at the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a memorable experience.

As a Bar & Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and provide excellent communication to our customers.
