Job Title: Staff SoC Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staff SoC Engineer to join our team at Arm. As a Staff SoC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex SoC designs using the latest IP products from Arm and other vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop micro-architecture specifications for SoC designs
  • Develop RTL and run various design checks
  • Work with the verification team to review test plans and debug design issues
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to optimize designs
  • Guide and support other members of the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in RTL design for complex SoC development using Verilog and SystemVerilog
  • Knowledge of static design checks, synthesis, and timing analysis
  • Understanding of computer architecture and systems
  • Practical experience of working on processor-based system designs
  • Knowledge of shell programming and scripting
  • Technical team leadership and mentoring experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Arm-based designs and Arm System Architectures
  • Experience developing and integrating subsystems for PCIe, UCIe, and other interfaces
  • High-level programming experience in C++ and assembly language
  • Experience in embedded operating systems, device drivers, and microprocessor architectures
