Roofing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our Property Services Team at The Hyde Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit, minimizing the need for repeat visits.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, particularly when working at heights, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct lead work, fascia/soffit repair or replacement, and gutter clearance or repair, as required.
- Work independently, demonstrating effective decision-making and time management skills to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable competence in roofing, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.
- Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
