Job Title: Façade Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Façade Designer to join our team. As a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor, we are looking for an expert in Façade design, rainscreen, render, masonry, and stone cladding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and be proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D industry software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD software
• Annotate drawings using AutoCAD software
• Undertake material take-off's using AutoCAD or Microsoft software
• Produce fabrication drawings using AutoCAD software
• Achieve key project programme target dates
• Work closely with the project Lead Designer

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in a construction design role
• Experience with Cladding and Rain screen systems, EWI render systems
• Understanding of building regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D industry software
• AutoCAD proficiency
