About the Role

Lambert Smith Hampton is a leading commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and Ireland. We are currently recruiting for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join our Property Restructuring Team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in undertaking valuations of all property asset classes, including industrial, offices, retail, and residential, for the insolvency sector nationwide.
  • Assist the LSH Auction Team in the disposal of a variety of property types nationwide.
  • Assist in rent collection, day-to-day management of both commercial and residential property, and possession proceedings.
  • Opportunity to work towards obtaining NARA qualifications to become a Law of Property Act Receiver.
About the Team

You will be joining a team of seasoned property restructuring specialists with unmatched experience of driving complex restructuring remits with often challenging lender and investor negotiations. You will work closely with the Machinery & Business Assets team and have the opportunity to work with a vast array of different clients, including property developers/investors, insolvency practitioners, and large corporate businesses and lending institutions.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
  • Interest in the property insolvency sector.
  • Interest in both a mixed valuation and agency role.
  • Passion for your career as a commercial property surveyor.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to develop professionally.
  • Details orientated.
  • Personable, professional, and presentable.
