Senior Associate - Commercial Law

Location: Reading

Salary: £95,000-£100,000+

PQE Level: 7+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our award-winning team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our Commercial group, you will be involved in high-quality work from day one, advising on Advertising, Media, and Consumer commercial and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Commercial Advertising, Media, and Consumer contracts, including marketing-related agreements, B2C terms and conditions, content licenses, and advising on the application of the Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. You will also have knowledge of CAP Code compliance and ASA investigations.
