We are seeking a skilled Digital Construction Manager to join our Eastern and Midlands team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, and helping to deliver against client requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the completion of our IM Gateway forms across all tenders to fulfill assurance procedures relating to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations.
  • Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring the use of the common data environment to manage, share, and exchange information, adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects.
  • Supporting and auditing the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures using specified software/workflows are in use.

This role is ideal for individuals with a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents, experience with openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie, and a keen interest in using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working.
