Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate to join our support team and work collaboratively with experienced staff members to educate pupils and manage challenging behaviors.

You will play a key role in identifying potential triggers for pupils regarding their trauma and mental health needs, and contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic techniques and restorative practices aimed at promoting mental well-being.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work alongside Psychologists and Therapists based at the school, gaining valuable experience and skills in a supportive environment.
