The Job
  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, triaging, and assigning all concerns raised through our global hotline or direct to a line manager, Compliance lead, or other functional representative.
  • You will ensure that investigations are thorough and consider all relevant lines of enquiry, including root-cause analysis of any identified misconduct so that appropriate corrective and preventative measures can be implemented where necessary.
  • You will provide training to ensure investigations are carried out consistently and in accordance with our Global investigations SOP.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and identify trends and emerging risks.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  3. Experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industry is essential.
  4. A strong understanding of key compliance risks facing multi-national pharmaceutical companies, as well as associated laws and industry standards.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
