Job Title: Oracle Core Financials Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Core Financials Implementation Specialist to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Core Financials across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Oracle Core Financials to support business objectives and growth.
  • Align Oracle Core Financial initiatives with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring the system supports long-term Finance and business strategies.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement within the Finance function through Oracle Core Financial capabilities.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership and Finance teams on Oracle Core Financial capabilities and best practices.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into Core Financial solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for Core Financial initiatives.
  • Lead the integration of Oracle Core Financials with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to design and implement integration solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and implement comprehensive Oracle Core Financials solutions that meet business requirements and enhance Finance processes.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and workflows to guide system development and customization.
  • Lead a team of Oracle Core Financial professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Requirements:

  • Oracle Financials Cloud Core SME knowledge, with experience of leading 2-3 Core Financial Cloud implementations across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Oracle Core Financials Cloud lead with experience in solution delivery of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Must have hands-on configuration experience in delivering the Cloud Financial modules including security and be able to drive requirements gathering in all areas.
  • Detailed knowledge of configuring all types of Oracle Cloud Financial structures, workflows, security, DFFs, ability to use Data Loaders, etc.
  • Experience of other Finance modules recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desired Oracle Certification on Core Financials.
