As an integral member of our team, the HSEQ Lead will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout our operations. This position demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HSEQ principles and practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ contractual and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with the Head of HSEQ to develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the training and development of Advisors to enhance their knowledge and competence in HSEQ matters.
- Liaise with contract leaders to ensure seamless integration of HSEQ practices into contract operations.
HSEQ Objectives:
- Develop and embed HSEQ procedures to ensure effective risk management and adherence to corporate standards.
- Establish a robust safety incident management system to address high-potential or high-severity incidents.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory updates to inform HSEQ decisions and strategies.
