About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project planning and scheduling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Provide expert advice on project planning and scheduling best practices.
  • Manage and maintain project controls processes, including change control and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of project controls principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software, including MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, such as the Association for Project Management (APM) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
