- Work collaboratively with Ingram Micro business team, transportation, sales, customer support, finance, IS, and IT to ensure alignment
- Extensive experience managing a team in a FMCG environment at Operations Manager level
- Proven track record of successful management and accomplishments implementing productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
