Educational Specialist for SEMH Primary School

The school is seeking a highly skilled HLTA with experience of working with students who have complex needs. You will be supporting them in developing their day-to-day and academic skills, as well as their social and emotional needs, in preparation for their transition to secondary education.
The Role
You will have a timetable to provide interventions and cover classes across the school. As part of your role, you will be taking responsibility for agreed learning activities both in and out of school, under an agreed system of supervision that supports teachers with learning outcomes. The school is looking for someone who can complement the work of teachers and provide additional support to students.
