We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd in Warrington. Job Description

This position entails providing individualized support to a child aged between 3 and 11 with special educational needs. The successful candidate will assist with daily classroom activities and access to the curriculum, implement and monitor tailored learning strategies, record progress and provide feedback to the teacher, promote the child's social, emotional, and academic development, adapt teaching materials to suit the child's needs, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity, patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude, effective behaviour management techniques, adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic classroom environment, strong organizational and record-keeping skills, and to be registered or happy to register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council for Wales) and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
