Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Borne Resourcing Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  3. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  5. Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in leading teams and managing multiple projects.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  5. Knowledge of construction processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
