Fitter and Machinist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at SIMS ENGINEERING SYSTEMS LTD in Harlow, Essex. The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.

We are well-known in the automotive sector for our expertise in ultrasonic welding of plastic components and providing quick response on-site teams for breakdowns, commissioning, modifications, and production cover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to mechanical assembly and manual machining. Key qualifications include Manual Machining and Mechanical Assembly skills, time served tool maker experience, strong knowledge of maintenance practices, ability to read CAD drawings, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of automated machine systems.
