Job Summary:

Artisan Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Heating Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for carrying out the installation of ASHP units and central heating systems to client properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install ASHP units and central heating systems to client properties in accordance with best practice, MCS, PAS2030, and building regulations.
  • Maintain installation time frames and quality standards by installing efficiently and safely with a high-quality finish.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients and their customers, demonstrating respect for all individuals and meeting challenges presented.
  • Ensure compliance with MCS regulations, building regulations, and industry codes of practice.
  • Perform repairs and minor works as required for installation call backs or remedial works.
  • Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is present and correct at all times, including Covid-19 specific measures.
  • Liaise with other engineers and staff to ensure targets are reached, organizing electrical and building works on installations.
  • Develop general competence in the given trade, BPEC Heat Pumps, and maintain certification for unvented hot water systems and water regulations.
  • Gain experience working within the Social Housing sector on installation projects and maintenance contracts.
  • Hold a clean UK driving license and undergo a DBS check.
  • Be flexible to meet business needs and actively work towards expanding knowledge and developing skills.
