This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Room Leader in one of our nurseries. You will be responsible for managing the daily running of the nursery, leading a team of educators, and supporting the development of our children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning curriculum and activities for the nursery
• Leading a team of educators and supporting their professional development
• Managing the daily running of the nursery, including supervising children and tracking progress
• Adhering to nursery policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing nursery operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
