Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Asset Trading Strategist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and Improving Algorithmic Strategies: Design, develop, and improve our current algorithmic strategies to maximize returns in the digital asset market.
  2. End-to-End Deployment and Running Trading Strategies: Manage the entire process of deployment and running trading strategies, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  3. Connecting to New Execution Venues: Develop ad-hoc systems to connect to new execution venues, expanding our reach in the digital asset market.
  4. Reviewing Performance Metrics and Communicating Post-Strategy Analysis: Analyze strategy performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Delivering Continuous Improvements: Collaborate with the team to deliver continuous improvements on our trading infrastructure and models, driving business growth and innovation.
Background and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Sciences, or Statistics.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a capital markets trading firm.
  3. Knowledge of DeFi systems and smart contract-based trading.
Competences and Personality

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms.
  2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  3. PASSION FOR DEFI.
  4. A high degree of technical aptitude with programming skills in Python/C++/Rust/Java.
