Misión:

Ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los clientes de Lancôme, logrando los objetivos de ventas.

Responsabilidades:
  • Ofrecer un alto nivel de experticia en técnicas de maquillaje y belleza.
  • Aprender y utilizar el conocimiento fundamental de los productos (características, beneficios, uso) y técnicas de aplicación para proporcionar los mejores resultados para los clientes.
  • Ofrecer ideas creativas para generar nuevos negocios, con un enfoque particular en lanzamientos de productos, aniversarios y eventos locales/estacionales.
  • Capacitarse para conducir y entregar al menos un evento al mes.
  • Asistir, participar y comprometerse con todos los entrenamientos de la marca, implementar y compartir después.
  • Confiar en asistir con la capacitación en counter para nuevos lanzamientos de productos y técnicas de artesanía.
  • Generar ventas para lograr el objetivo de ventas aplicando el método de venta de la marca, conocimiento de productos y seguir el flujo de servicio básico.
  • Estar cómodo para detener el tráfico cuando sea relevante, para compartir la belleza de Lancôme con más personas.
  • Mantener un área de trabajo clara y higiénica y adherirse a las reglas de higiene.
Requisitos:
  • Capacidad para utilizar el software de caja y otros sistemas digitales necesarios para ejecutar con éxito el counter.
  • Capacidad para trabajar flexibilidad durante las horas de venta, lo que puede incluir noches, fines de semana y festivos (excepto Navidad).
  • Desarrollar relaciones positivas con los gerentes de la tienda y la oficina central.
  • Ser embajador de la marca con su actitud, participación y aseo personal.
  • Participar en las páginas de comunidad de My Lancôme.
  • Conveyar pasión y maestría en la narrativa.
  • Conectar con nuestros clientes y cuidar, proporcionar buenas soluciones y atención al cliente.
